Meet the Team

Brian Friemann – Owner

Brian Friemann has been in construction since college. He started by working on bridges to pay his way through school. He started his business in 2003 when he left Wells Fargo as a Project Manager to pursue self-employment. He started doing basic handyman work, decks, tiling, etc. and eventually expanded to larger multi-family developments and new home construction. In 2004, he got his real estate license and in 2006, got his real estate broker’s license. At that point, he started combining both his construction and real estate services.

Some of his projects include replacing 160 windows on an apartment building and also changing an entire façade of another. His business went from residential remodeling to new construction and in 2013, he purchased an office in Inver Grove Heights.

He has expanded his team to include Brenda Hanson and many others as he grows in this industry offering top-notch services to all his clients.

Brenda Hanson

I started my Real Estate career investing in 2003 and currently own three properties and manage several others. I have been an appraiser as well, but found my true calling as a licensed Realtor. At this time I am licensed in both MN and WI! I love having the opportunity to work with buyers, sellers, renters, investors, and landlords!

We are all perfectly different from each other and so are our situations. I understand that one answer does not fit all questions. I always do my best to help others. If I cannot help you, I will assist you in finding out who can.

It makes me happy to see first-time homebuyers showing off their new home to family. It makes me happy to hear an inspector say, “but that is not a big deal”. It makes me happy to match a great landlord with their perfect tenant. And it makes me happy to turn over keys to your new home.
